{"id":493,"date":"2019-09-06T08:56:58","date_gmt":"2019-09-06T06:56:58","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/advokatskafirmasajic.com\/blog\/?p=493"},"modified":"2019-09-06T08:56:59","modified_gmt":"2019-09-06T06:56:59","slug":"a-public-tender-for-the-award-of-concession-related-to-the-exploitation-of-water-at-the-locality-of-popovi-in-the-territory-of-bijeljina-city","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/advokatskafirmasajic.com\/blog\/a-public-tender-for-the-award-of-concession-related-to-the-exploitation-of-water-at-the-locality-of-popovi-in-the-territory-of-bijeljina-city\/","title":{"rendered":"A PUBLIC TENDER FOR THE AWARD OF CONCESSION RELATED TO THE EXPLOITATION OF WATER AT THE LOCALITY  OF &#8220;POPOVI&#8221; IN THE TERRITORY OF BIJELJINA CITY"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<p>The Ministry of\nAgriculture, Forestry and Water Management of the Republic of Srpska has published\na tender for the award of concession for the exploitation of water at the\nlocality of \u201cPopovi\u201d, in the territory of Bijeljina City, in the amount of 1,33l\/s,\nfor bottling purposes.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The concession\nshall be awarded for the purpose of building a factory for bottling of natural\nspring water.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The estimated\nvalue of the investment is 800.000,00 BAM.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The concession\nshall be awarded for a period up to 30 years, starting from the date of signing\nthe Concessions Contract.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The right to\nparticipate shall be granted to all domestic or foreign individuals or legal entities\nor consortiums of two or more related legal entities fulfilling the\nrequirements of the purchased tender documentation and this public call.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The deadline for\nsubmission of tenders is 30 days, starting from the date of the announcement of\nthe public tender in the Official Gazette, i.e. until 29.08.2019.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>For any\ninformation you may need regarding the public call, you can contact Dragan\nStijak, Associate at the Law Firm \u201cSAJI\u0106\u201d o.d.
