Based on the Decision of the\nGovernment of the Republic of Srpska, on March 12, 2020, the Ministry of\nIndustry, Energy and Mining announced invitation for submission of bids for\nawarding a concession for the construction of the Solar Power Plant in the municipality\nof Bile\u0107a. <\/p>\n\n\n\n
The construction of the Solar\nPower Plant with an estimated installed capacity of 60 MW and an annual\nproduction of 84 GWh is foreseen in the vicinity of Skrobotno settlement, on\nthe right side of the Trebinje-Bile\u0107a regional road towards the lake Bilecko\njezero.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
According to the data\navailable and on the basis of a preliminary analysis of solar energy potential\nof the subject area, the average annual energy that might be generated per 1 m\u00b2\nof the horizontal surface is about 1520 kWh, and the estimated investment value\nis BAM 70,000,000.00.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
The concession will be awarded\nfor a period of 50 years from the date of concluding the concession contract. The\nconcession fee consists of a one-time fee in the amount of BAM 700,000.00,\nwhich is to be paid at the conclusion of the contract while the concession fee for\nuse of the subject of the concession amounts BAM 0,0055 per KWh of electricity generated\nat the official electricity transmission control post.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Compulsory settlement of\nproperty-relations will be carried out by the concessionaire and the same will\nborne the costs. In addition, for participation in the public tender it is\nnecessary to provide the collateral in the amount of BAM 700,000.00.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
National and foreign legal\nentities and individuals, as well as consortium of two or more contractually\nrelated legal entities, have the right to participate in this Public Tender.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
The Public Tender clearly and\nthoroughly prescribes the evidence that the participants have to provide in\norder to prove the eligibility for participation in this tender, the manner of\nsubmission of tenders, the possibility of visiting the location. <\/p>\n\n\n\n
Closing date for submission of\ntenders is April 10, 2020. <\/p>\n\n\n\n
