{"id":786,"date":"2020-05-29T09:37:05","date_gmt":"2020-05-29T07:37:05","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/advokatskafirmasajic.com\/blog\/?p=786"},"modified":"2020-05-29T09:37:06","modified_gmt":"2020-05-29T07:37:06","slug":"covid-19-liberalization-of-measures-in-bosnia-and-herzegovina","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/advokatskafirmasajic.com\/blog\/covid-19-liberalization-of-measures-in-bosnia-and-herzegovina\/","title":{"rendered":"COVID 19 &#8211; LIBERALIZATION OF MEASURES IN BOSNIA AND HERZEGOVINA"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<p>In\nBosnia and Herzegovina, with an aim of prevention of the coronavirus spread,\nthe BIH Council of Ministers passed a Decision declaring natural or other\ndisasters on the territory of Bosnia and Herzegovina. In addition, at the\nentity level, decisions have been made to declare an emergency situation for\nthe territory of the Republic of Srpska and a state of natural and other\ndisasters for the territory of the Federation of Bosnia and Herzegovina. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The work\nof judicial bodies, as well as administrative bodies at all levels of\ngovernment in Bosnia and Herzegovina, is continued with respect of all\nprescribed safety and health measures.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Competent\nentities at all levels of government regularly review orders, conclusions and\ndecisions made in order to prevent the spread of the coronavirus in Bosnia and\nHerzegovina, and it leads to the gradual liberalization of measures, i.e. the\nabolition of a large number of prescribed prohibitions and restrictions. Currently in force\nmeasures comprise the following:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul><li>The foreign\ncitizens have been temporarily banned from entering Bosnia and Herzegovina,\nwith certain exemptions which include certain categories of persons, among\nothers, health workers, drivers in international transport, persons entering\nBiH due to business obligations, family members of deceased persons to attend\nfuneral;<\/li><li>Border crossings\nwith neighboring countries are open to persons who are allowed to cross the\nstate border, except for border crossings with Montenegro, which has only one\nborder crossing open;<\/li><li>The work is\nenabled to almost all business entities, with certain exceptions, primarily in\nthe Republic of Srpska, such as the work of night clubs, cinemas, theaters and\nreading rooms.
