About Law Firm Sajić

Law Firm SAJIC from Banja Luka was founded on the basis of the legal practice initiated even in 1989 by the lawyer Stojanka Sajic. It is the first law firm in Bosnia and Herzegovina founded in the form of a general partnership in 2003 by Stojanka and Aleksandar Sajic.

The firm currently has 17 employees, out of which ten lawyers, four senior associates and trainees and three administrative assistants. The main qualities of the lawyers, as well as other employees, are the client and work commitment and constant tendency to achieve the highest standards of ethics and professional excellence.

The firm, lawyers, as well as all employees are covered by professional liability insurance in case of a damage caused to third parties.

Our strategy is focused on continuous improvement and development of our services, cooperation and preservation of good business relationships with our clients, as well as employment of quality junior staff. Excellent business relationships with our clients are primarily based on constant communication, knowledge and long-standing legal practice, and all employees are focused on achieving and maintaining high quality legal services.

As a standard of business, as of 2009, the Law Firm SAJIC established the quality and organisation management system in accordance with the ISO 9001 standards for the provision of legal services.

Stojanka Sajić
Senior Partner and Founder

Stojanka Sajic is a Senior Partner and Founder of the Law Firm SAJIC. Mrs Sajic graduated from the University of Banja Luka School of Law in 1983. She has gained experience working for the Municipal Assembly of Laktasi, as well as for the companies "Rudi Cajavac" and "Sirovina" from Banja Luka. In 1989, she established an independent law practice, in 2000 expanded it to a joint office "Sajic Stojanka and Sajic Aleksandar" and in 2003 established it in the form of a partnership.

She's area of expertise is to civil law, family & inheritance real estate.

Aleksandar Sajić
Managing Partner and Founder

Aleksandar Sajic is a Founder and Director of the Law Firm SAJIC. Aleksandar graduated from the University of Banja Luka School of Law in 1997, and independent law practice started in 2000 in the joint office "Sajic Stojanka i Sajic Aleksandar" which in 2003 changed its form to the partnership.

Aleksandar is a member of the European Association of Attorneys (AEA), Union Internationale des Avocats (UIA), International bar association (IBA), International Law Association (ILO) and in professional legal guides he is recognized as a leading expert in these areas of law.

Aleksandar's area of expertise is company/corporate law, M&A, insurance law and LPM (Legal Project Management).

Nataša Krejić
Senior Partner

Natasa Krejic is a Senir Partner and Attorney at law, employed by the Law Firm SAJIC since 2003. Natasa graduated from the University of Banja Luka School of Law in 2004.

She is a member of the European Association of Attorneys (AEA) and Union Internationale des Avocats (UIA), IBA.

Natasa's area of expertise is company/corporate law, competition Law and tax and customs law.

Sanja Đukić
Senior Partner

Sanja Djukic is a Senior Partner and Attorney at law, employed by the Law Firm SAJIC since 2007. Sanja graduated from the University of Banja Luka School of Law in 2006.

She is a member of the European Association of Attorneys (AEA) and Union Internationale des Avocats (UIA).

Sanja's area of expertise is labour law and health law, banking and finance law, company/corporate law.

Željko Vlačić
Partner

Zeljko is a Attorney at law employed by the in the Law Firm SAJIC since 2011. Zeljko graduated from the University of Banja Luka School of Law in 2011.

He is an authorized patent attorney, registered at the Institute of Intellectual Property of Bosnia and Herzegovina.

Zeljko's area of expertise is bankruptcy & liquidation, intellectual property and ssociations and foundations.

Nataša Škrbić Banjac

Natasa Skrbic is a Attorney at law employed by the Law Firm SAJIC since 2013. She graduated from the University of Banja Luka School of Law in 2011.

Natasa's area of expertise is insurance, tax, health law and rights of older people.

Igor Letica
Attorney at law

Igor Letica is an attorney-at-law employed at the Law Firm Sajic since 2018. He graduated from the Faculty of Law of the University of Banja Luka in 2017, and in 2023 he obtained the title of Master of Laws at the Faculty of Law of the University of Belgrade in the scientific field of Intellectual Property Law. Igor is a Certified Data Protection Officer (DPO), a representative for the protection of industrial property rights.

The areas of law that he deals with are intellectual property law, personal data protection, immigration and citizenship, labour law, damages, food law and the registry of pledges.

Nikolina Pilipović
Attorney at law / Interpreter

Nikolina Pilipovic is a Attorney al law, employed by the Law Firm SAJIC since 2019 after graduation from the Faculty of Law, University of Belgrade.

In 2023 she had successfully defended the master thesis on the Faculty of Law, University of Belgrade, which now makes her an LLM in the field of the International Business Law. She is also an authorized court interpreter enrolled in the list of the Court Interpreters of the Ministry of Justice of Republika Srpska.

Anja Banjac
Senior Associate

Anja Banjac is a Senior Associate, employed by the Law Firm SAJIC since 2023 after graduation from the Faculty of Law, University of Banjaluci.

In 2020 she had successfully defended the master thesis on the Faculty of Law, University of Belgrade, which now makes her an LLM in the field of the civil law.

Vesna Grujić
Legal Trainee

Vesna Grujić is a legal trainee at the LAW FIRM SAJIC. She graduated from the Faculty of Law of the University of Banja Luka in 2022. In the same year, she was employed at LFS.

Milica Crnic
Legal Trainee

Milica Crnic is a legal trainee at the LAW FIRM SAJIC. She graduated from the Faculty of Law of the University of Banja Luka in 2021 and was employed at LFS in 2022.

Jelena Milinković
Legal trainee

Jelena Milinkovic is a legal trainee at the LAW FIRM SAJIC. She graduated from the Faculty of Law of the University of Belgrade in 2020 and was employed at LFS in 2023.

In 2022. she had successfully defended the master thesis on the Faculty of Law, University of Belgrade, which now makes her an LLM in the field of International Business Law.

Tanja Granatić
Interpreter

Tanja Granatic is an interpreter employed by the Law Firm SAJIC since 2011. Tanja graduated from Banja Luka College.

Tanja is an authorised court interpreter enrolled in the List of the Court interpreters of the Ministry of Justice of the Republic of Srpska

Branka Mitrović
Administrative employee for secretarial duties

Branka is adminsitrative empoyee who preformes secretarial duties and tasks. She graduated from Faculty of Mathematics science in Banja Luka, major- Geography.

She is employed by Law firm Sajic since 2021..
